COOPERATION

We define the cooperative relationship 4 grades:

1.Partner：

Refers to the general partnership, without any agreement in two parties, only product trading relationship of a certain project.

2.Distributor:

Through certain cooperation and mutual visits, and on the basis of full understanding and good mutual trust, to build the cooperative relationship by signing the distribution agreement. The distributors shall be given the market and price protection in the distribution area.

(See the distribution agreement for details. The distribution agreement does not restrict distributors from selling other similar products.)

3.Exclusive agent:

After more in-depth cooperation and mutual trust, through the negotiation and approval of both parties, the agent will exclusively sell the agent products in the agent area on behalf of Toptech and enjoy more preferential policies and obtain strict market and price protection.

4.Co-founder:

Establishing a joint venture with a partner is under the greatest trust and sincerity, and it is also a major decision after the two parties unify their development ideas and directions.

From partner to co-founder, this is the embodiment of deepening cooperation! Based on mutual trust, in-depth communication and cooperation, we can do more together. For example, the establishment of decent exhibition halls, local inventory supply, localization services, etc. Hope our customers stand with us!
